Onsite registration will be available in the host hotel, the InterContinental, Washington D.C. – The Wharf, in the Harbor room on the second floor, at the following times:
- Thursday, May 28, noon-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
- Friday, May 29, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Saturday, May 30, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
Cancellations had to be made by May 7 for a refund.
The room block at the InterContinental Washington D.C. – The Wharf has now closed. We recommend booking accommodations at Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf or Canopy by Hilton Washington DC The Wharf, both of which are conveniently located within walking distance of the host hotel.
Events will take place at venues around the city. Unless otherwise noted, transportation is on your own. Taxi, ride-sharing service or public transportation are recommended. The host hotel is about a five-minute walk from the Waterfront Metro Station (Green line) and about a 10-minute walk from the L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station (Blue, Orange, Silver, Green and Yellow lines). The free Southwest Neighborhood Shuttle carries visitors between The Wharf, SW Duck Pond, L'Enfant Plaza Metro and the National Mall. View a map.
Check-in & Hospitality for the Weekend’s activities will be in the Harbor room, on the second floor of the InterContinental, Washington D.C. – The Wharf, at the following times:
- Thursday, May 28, noon-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.

- Saturday, May 30, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
