Smithsonian National Museum of American History | 1300 Constitution Ave NW, Washington, DC 20560

Sponsored by APIM Association (Asian, Pacific Islander & Middle Eastern)

Join the Asian Pacific Islander and Middle Eastern alumni community for a guided exploration of “How Can You Forget Me: Filipino American Stories,” a signature exhibition at the National Museum of American History from the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center. Discover more than 50 personal artifacts from early 20th-century Filipino American migrants, each item unveiling powerful memories of family, work and community in Stockton’s Little Manila. Walk with fellow alumni to the museum, where the exhibit’s evocative title, taken from a hand-embroidered pillowcase, invites reflection on themes of memory, belonging and legacy. This moving tour enriches your understanding of Filipino American history within the wider American story.

Price: $10
